VANTAGE POINT COURT
Pickled Court had the privilege of working with Vantage Point, an organization dedicated to helping at-risk teens build confidence and find purpose.
Through a community-funded initiative, we completely revitalized their deteriorating pickleball court, turning it into a fresh, dynamic space.
This new court is now a positive outlet for students to experience connection, activity, and achievement—perfect for supporting their journey to a brighter future.
BEFORE: A COURT IN NEED OF CARE
The original court at Vantage Point had seen better days. With cracks across the surface, faded paint, and an uneven playing field, it was no longer safe or appealing for the students to use.
For teens facing difficult challenges, recreational spaces are crucial to their emotional well-being and physical health.
The worn-down court represented a missed opportunity for the therapeutic and fun aspects of sports to make a difference in their lives.
DURING: A COMMUNITY EFFORT IN ACTION
Transforming this court took collaboration, effort, and an outpouring of community support. Pickled Court worked closely with Vantage Point staff and the surrounding community to bring this project to life.
Through a crowd-funded campaign, we raised the funds needed to make the renovation possible. The process included repairing cracks, resurfacing the court, and adding vibrant colors and custom lines, making it look and feel brand new.
Volunteers, donors, and staff contributed time, energy, and resources, all driven by a shared mission to give Vantage Point students a safe, uplifting place to play.
AFTER: A SPACE FOR JOY, FRIENDSHIP, AND RESILIENCE
The newly completed court has already begun to make a difference. It’s now a bright, welcoming space that stands as a symbol of community support and hope.
For Vantage Point teens, this court offers more than just a place to play pickleball; it’s an inviting area to learn new skills, foster friendships, and build resilience.
This project is a reminder of what’s possible when people come together to support a cause that truly matters.
